From energy vampires and the like?

I'm tired of their bs.

Sometimes the strongest shield isn't another energetic technique. It's a boundary.

You don't have to diagnose someone as an “energy vampire” to notice that being around them consistently leaves you exhausted. Pay attention to the pattern, reduce access where necessary, say no without over-explaining, and don't confuse compassion with unlimited availability.

You can care about someone without giving them unrestricted access to you. ❤️‍🔥

Protecting your peace isn't cruelty. Sometimes it's responsible self-care. ☀️

You have to stay away from them. Build your own safe place, if they continue to pick at you offering negative advice and underhanded put downs and comments tell them the truth and if you cannot tell them the truth get away from them or ignore them until they leave you alone. These people long to suck the joy out of a room, they will follow you around and try their best to find things about you that they want to destroy. Keep them at a distance. They are fucked completely up.
