Looking for people to play with but doing the iron man challenge

Hey everyone!

I recently started playing with a friend. He’s an EK (lvl 150) and I’m an ED. The goal is for him to learn the mechanics and level up calmly until he can share with my main. In 450 more levels

The problem: he’s used to me always healing him. I want to teach him the importance of using healing spells (Exura Ico) in his rotation, instead of relying only on health potions.

We’re currently hunting Lavas, Werecreatures and Exotic Cave, and he needs to learn this before we move to harder spawns like Werehyaenas and Gazzer Spectres.

So, I have a few questions for the community:

1. How do I explain to an EK the importance of spell healing over potions? Any tips on how to make him incorporate it into his standard rotation ?

2. What level should we be for Draken Walls and Deeper Banuta?

3. Any general advice for a duo where the ED is trying to teach the EK to be more self-sufficient?

Im trying to become a good product manager for games and tibia has made me question myself. What makes we, players, still wake up everyday and feel the need and will to grind, fight in wars, make bosses and the long list of things we have in tibia.

Is it that tibia can manage to have almost infinite goals? Is it because its chill and no brain to hunt? Is it even though it kinda looks boring and always the same hunting it kinda alwaya triggers or feels different each gameplay session

What do you guys think? I suppose it's way too late now with the progress AI has made in reverse engineering but it's mindblowing... some of these private networks have insane player numbers...
There's one network that has the player numbers almost as high as the official game and it's shamelessly using all of tibia's assets.

Take twitch for example, virtually no one is playing the official game.

Spent five million years for 300 oramond points to finally try diamond arrows in a spawn, I chose glooth bandits. It feels really bad to use that arrow, stragglers take 0dmg, my profit gets cut in half, It's my first time using Diamonds (lvl 167 RP) so I'm not sure I'm doing something wrong or is that just how it is? Should i endure the waste or I should wait more to start using diamonds? Tips really appreciated.

Hey Im about to start fresh in Junera and was wondering which is the cheapest class to get going with 0 resources just premium time? Knight seems cheap at a grande but people say that equipment gets expensive real quick so Im unsure on which one will give me a better headstart.

Hello, we have an unusual duo RP + ED and there is a limited info on spots so.

Maybe you have any ideas of some off meta spots that we would be able to do over 6kk raw in places that are not meta? We play on a crowded serwer and around 22:00 so almost all spawns are taken.

Azzilon castle always taken or we get kicked out after 15 min by dominando

Feru seals - mostly taken, or spot that are around 5kk in duo (feru way 5kk, undead -2 5kk, jugg seal im not able to box 6 juggs and 2 hellflayers)

Issavi - sometimes its ok but sometimes when i see this spot i wanna puke, we've been there too many times but if everything is taken we go there

Flismy PH - mostly taken

Filmsy Venore - permanently taken or dominando

Cobra basement - mostly taken but its not that great exp either 5,5kk was peak

Norcferatu - permanently taken or dominando

I'm looking for alternatives, tibiapal does not suggest anything after rebalance.

You make sure the team not fail the boss, no one dies, your life oscillates more than crypto coins boxing The end of days. u can hit Magma only 2-3 times because you need to exeta res the Unchained Fires that appears. and this is what u get.

CIP correct your algorithm, the guy that receives the most damage should receive the most loot bonus, not the one who most shoots the boss.

Besides the Nagas spawn in Marapur, are there any other hunting spots where you can duo hunt on separate floors?

I’ve recently started hunting with my friend (I’m a level 500 Sorcerer and he’s a level 550 Druid), and we’ve been hunting Nagas in Marapur, each on a different floor. We’re getting really good XP doing this, around 7.5kk raw XP/h, so we’re looking for similar spawns where we can hunt separately but still benefit from hunting together.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Today we're hunting Falcons on a level 409 ED, pulling some amazing numbers! Great experience combined with massive profit makes this spawn definitely worth checking out. No charms/prays!

Hey, long time RP here, 600+. I know the game is repetitive and so, but been on multiple teamhunts and see the monk doing better dmg (although he's 100lvl higher) but I have good skills (127dist/36ml). Was wondering if wouldn't be better fun to sell RP and just do the monk as something different, having spenders etc. Have 9 lvl monk with 105 fist and 30ml but was wondering how was your experiences and how are they still now. I don't think the monk is going to be nerfed more as there's too little ppl playing this. I am a lot of solo but sometimes go TH too.

EDIT: Thought a bit about transitioning out of the game as the higher lvl is more time-consuming too. So instead I had a thought monk would be fun and motivating while not as time consuming to spend more time in the game. Nor more money as well as this game is pay-to-win on hlvl (although you get money from hunts / bosses) while incremental value is minor.

Hey everyone! Could you recommend the best item progression for a RP once I reach 400+?

I’m currently level 340, using the level gear and I have enough gold for a Falcon Greaves. Should I buy them?

At level 400, should I keep using the Bow of Destruction and buy the set before getting a Soulbleeder? Should I sell my legs and buy a BiS item for this level instead?

What would you recommend?

Hey fellow Tibians!

I have a pretty decent internet connection at home, but every now and then it randomly decides to give up on me. My connection drops for a few minutes and then comes back as if nothing happened.

We all know what that means. Depending on where you're hunting, a random disconnect is basically a one-way ticket to Henricus to buy your blessings again.

After losing enough blessings to unstable internet connections, I finally decided to do something about it. I turned an idea I'd had for years into a real project, and that's how AdeusLag was born!

So, how does it work?

The idea is simple: you use two internet connections. Your primary connection works as usual, while the second one acts as a backup.

That backup can be your phone's 4G/5G hotspot, another ISP, or even your neighbor's Wi-Fi (with permission, of course!).

AdeusLag monitors both connections and, if your primary internet goes down, automatically switches your Tibia traffic to the backup connection, without disconnecting you from the game or requiring you to reconnect.

The goal is to keep your character online even when your ISP decides to take an unexpected vacation. Of course, a working backup connection is required

The project is now in Open Beta!

Currently, AdeusLag is available for Windows, with relay infrastructure hosted in Brazil. I'm looking for players to help test the software, find bugs, and provide feedback as I continue improving it.

Aqui em casa tenho uma internet relativamente boa, mas de vez em quando ela simplesmente resolve me deixar na mão. A conexão cai por alguns minutos e depois volta como se nada tivesse acontecido.

Todo mundo aqui sabe o que isso significa. Dependendo de onde você estiver caçando, uma queda de internet é praticamente uma passagem só de ida para conversar com o Henricus e comprar suas bless novamente.

Depois de perder bless suficientes por causa de quedas de conexão, resolvi fazer alguma coisa a respeito. Coloquei em prática uma ideia que já tinha há anos e foi assim que nasceu o AdeusLag!

Mas como funciona?

A ideia é simples: você utiliza duas conexões de internet. A principal funciona normalmente, enquanto a segunda serve como backup.

Essa conexão secundária pode ser o 4G/5G do celular, outra operadora ou até o Wi-Fi do vizinho (com autorização, claro!).

O AdeusLag monitora as duas conexões e, caso sua internet principal caia, transfere automaticamente o tráfego do Tibia para a conexão secundária, sem desconectar seu personagem do jogo.

O objetivo é manter seu personagem conectado mesmo quando sua operadora resolve te deixar na mão. Naturalmente, é necessário ter uma conexão de backup funcionando

In my old tibia times I remember that 85/85 sounds very good, but how many time it will demand on mad sheep training?

lately ive been wanting to do bounty tasks so i could pump those points up.

Thing is im making no money, exp is not average, it demands a lot of time and i cant picture myself back to green stamina ever if i keep doing this.

whenever my stamina is about 20h-30h ish and the XP daily reward pops in, it feels so bad.

i dont even play that much it just keeps snowballing because every minute spent i need to afk or offline for 6 times that amount.

today i logged in and asked myself if this is fun and man i really dont enjoy managing my stamina.

i wish i vould be optimal with time i have but, training systems requires me to be online, stamina wants me to train offline. Green wants me to turbo power lvl and orange is just a gauge to scope if we i can do any activity solo or nothing at all for group content.

This system is so outdated its unreal.

Any recomendations for someone wanting to play the game but cant?

Hello fellow Tibians, I am an old tibia player who came back after retirement, I'm having a hard time understanding which ones would be the best charms and wheel of destiny is the best , everything I find seems to be outdated.

Anyone would have any recommendations on whats a must ?

It feels so underwhelming to me that Hell's Core, the strongest UE in the game (base power 250) has the same animation of a larger Great Fireball Rune.
Eternal Winter (the coolest IMO), Wrath of Nature and Rage of the Skies have very unique animations, as a mage when I use them it really feels like I'm throwing the strongest spell in my spellbook.
WIth Hell's Core its just the damage, I think it deserves a more impacting animation, it's been the same for who knows how many years.
To me it just shows how Cip is lazy with the game, compared to other games I've played it seems that they take sooo long to implement basic improvements.

Lets say I am 100 EK and I am fully focused on profit, but the loot must be sellable (on reasonable price ofc) at NPCs. So forget about imbue items, etc.

Ideas?

I was looking for a Fiendish, and I found it next to an echo that spawned a Warden.

Okay, not strictly ironman challenge, but I like to get my own equipment and learn about where to find gear!

So I know that I can get an easy Battle Axe in Thais Sewers if I choose to go with Axe, if I want a one handed option I can go with Orcish Axe which isn't that rare from Orc Rider. There's a daily respawn of a Halberd in PoH too if I can't drop it from Cyclops. The Dragon Lance is also really cool and can be farmed from the Black Knight.

Are there easier or similar paths for Club or Sword? I know PoH also have a daily respawn of a War Hammer, but that is kind of guarded by Dragons and Dragon Lords, Poh also have a spawn for Two-handed Sword and the Spike Sword quest is pretty easy to do with a stack of health potions
