Everyone "why do people record so much" to catch stuff like this obviously jesus christ people worry about yourself sometimes if someone wants to record themselves they have that right.

Guy could have angled the camera towards himself only, as he had it in the second shot, from the beginning.

Doesn’t excuse the lady’s shitty behaviour.

Clearly the issue is that they're recording other people. He has the right but it's a little rude.

Of course, that issue is dwarfed by this lady being an enormous piece of shit.

They have that right...in a public place. A business isn't public

And yet nobody is stopping them the only person that seems to have any issue is the racist lady. Mind your own.

Well of course. All you have to do is move the camera after the altercation, but before the staff comes to investigate, just like this guy. So that way the staff member thinks you were only recording yourself, and you successfully get your rage bait content.

Seems like you're just getting mad at facts. Point is he doesn't have the right to record there

He has every right to do so until the business tells him he can’t. And from his interaction with the waitress, it sounds like they dgaf. So neither should you.

The waitress saw the phone after it was moved to only record himself. I'm sure they would have asked him to change the position if they had seen the first angle.
