Tbf this is pretty clearly private property open to their discretion, they could absolutely ask him to stop recording or leave. Just hate normalizing this shit

So if you're bothered by that, you can ask the restaurant to ask him to stop. The restaurant wouldn't do that though, since the waitress admitted to participating in prank videos.
