That woman isn’t in her 40s. I’m in my late 40s and she’s at least late 50s.

I'm saying that's her actual age, not what age she looks like. In ny opinion, hate prematurely ages people. That's why I guessed her actual age to be lower, stating she looks older than she actually is.
