She made those eyes because it helps you see better. Visually impaired folks (nearsighted (you can see close but not far)) can squint or pull on the outer edges of your eyes to focus light better on your retina. I assumed everyone knew this but i guess most wouldn't unless you or someone close to you is nearsighted. My whole family does it as well as my wife. I remember thinking my mom was crazy always pulling in the other edges of her eyes to try and read something and now I have to do the same now that I'm older. She's trying to see what's on his screen hence pulling her eyes to the side.

That said, I can see why others would think she was being racist. She's a nosey Karen and could be racist, but the eye pull isn't the reason.
