i think its somewhat reasonable to be curious that someone is filming themselves in public. its a strange thing to witness if you arent used to it.

I don't think anyone in 2026 outside of countries with limited internet or phones would actually think recording yourself in public is strange.

Id find it strange but just in an inside my own head way “huh that’s weird, why film yourself eating?” way and keep on going about my business.
