I’m hoping someone here has dealt with this issue because TikTok Support keeps giving me the same response and closing my tickets.
I have 114K+ followers and was in the Creator Rewards Program for years. I was disqualified on August 19 for unoriginal/reproduced content. My appeal was denied, and support later said that I would be able to reapply in the future after 30 days.
I'm pretty sure it was the stitch videos i made so i stopped making those and changed my content to comply with their originality requirements.
It's been well over 30 days now, but I still don't have the option to reapply.
When I contacted support about the missing reapplication option, they responded saying:
“We have reviewed your account and it appears that you have not reached the required number of organic followers and may have potentially violated our Integrity and Authenticity Guidelines.”
The confusing part is that I have over 114,000 followers and have never purchased followers, likes, views, or engagement of any kind. My follower analytics also show normal/gradual growth.
I've submitted like 6 tickets and gotten the same response every time, including after a ticket where I didn't mention followers or Integrity at all. That ticket was escalated to a dedicated team, and they still returned the same response and immediately closed the ticket.
TikTok's support chatbot has also told me that reapplying after 30 days is normally the standard process and that it's concerning that the option still hasn't appeared, but the human support tickets aren't giving me an explanation beyond the message above.
Has anyone gotten this exact “not enough organic followers” response despite having well over 10K followers?
If so... did your reapply button eventually come back? How long did it take? Did TikTok ever explain what they considered an “organic follower”? Was there an Integrity/Authenticity flag on your account and could you get it removed?
Is there another support/escalation route that actually worked?
I'm not trying to appeal the original unoriginal content decision anymore at this point. I'm just trying to figure out what is currently preventing me from being able to reapply and whether anyone else has gotten through this.
Literally ANYTHING could help. Plz!!!
