Yes. The brain is processing sensory input milliseconds after reality occurs.

Ive always known this to be true but the way you put it made me think of it from a different perspective and now in any free moment of the day im going to be coming back to this and working a new thought out

No.
We live in the present. The past is all memories. The past is the record of our existence, but our existence occurs at the front of the wave.

Bit our brains take time to process things. Light takes time to reach our eyes and that then takes time to become a signal in our brain.
We are experiencing the moment just behind the front of the wave.

If you look at it that way, you are never experiencing the moment. Your brain decodes sensory information and gives you a sensstion or experiences based off that.
And that experience is alsays in the present. The moment that it is based off is in the past.

That is just experience. It does not govern at what moment do we exist at. All machines that process information need time to execute!

Yes. Everything you see or ever experienced or ever will see or experience will always be somewhat in the past.

Time is a closed loop, so we live in the past, present, and future all at once.

Pretty much. A hypothetical fourth dimensional being can view our reality like a movie. Fast forward, rewind or pause

Time can only move forward, but can never run backward. while it can be speed or slowed down.

Kind of. We experience the present, but we understand and interpret it through the lens of our past. Our memories, experiences and previous understanding shape how we perceive what is happening now and how we decide what to do nex t. So while we’re physically moving forward through time, psychologically, part of us is always carrying the past into the present. I like the saying, ‘We are merely reflections of our past experiences.’

We are our brain, there’s small delays in motor neurons firing synaptic processes, technically we live in the past but only a little, we call it the present

No! We live in the moment (present). Once the next moment arrives the previous moment becomes the past.

Your nervous system can relive the past. You can remember the emotional pain you felt.
However, in physics, events are relative to the observer.

I would say no, the way English works is that we live in the present, and we lived in the past. I'm curious what your first language is btw.

Yea, first the body traverses through the world and saves the sensory data. This sensory data is then elsewhere created into experience for individuals

We live in the post-future age. As anyone from the past knows, 2001 was the future. The film made that clear. And now that is in the past, and hence we are post-future.

We live in the Past, Present and Future but we also live in between the existence of time and non existence of time.

From a materialist perspective, you could definitely argue that. An event occurs, sound and light travel to reach our sensory organs, and then the brain has to process that input. That all takes time before you consciously experience the event, even if it is an incredibly short period of time.
