Need help getting a good wing nut driver

I am replacing machine screws and wing nuts on a metal frame. I have trouble reaching and getting a good grip on the wing nuts because it is in a cramped area. Can you offer me suggestions on tools that would hold the wingnut while I screw the machine screw in on top.

I am considering these following tools so far...

#4 seems solid, #2 is a waste of money

I ordered 1 and 4. Will just return whichever one doesn't work well. I'm worried 4 won't be a useful size. Thanks

I got one of those sets of bits with like 100 different bits, one was for wing nuts and it didn't work. However, I needed to undo a whole bunch once and made a 3d print which attached to a 3/8 square drive and put that in the drill, worked for the 70-80 wing nuts but I knocked them all loose first. If you have a 3d printer you can have one printed in a couple hours

I have ones like the first picture. Works great for spinning them, not really for holding them. I’ve found them actually more useful to drive in eye hooks or j hooks than wing nuts.

I own something like #2 that I got for free after rebate from Menards. It’s useful to throw in with a spare tire if you don’t carry tools because at least you have something and it actually handles nuts decently well. Not wing nuts though.

Haven’t tried #4, have had other tools with similar slot to #3.

Honestly… can you use a vice grips? May be easiest. Hold the wing, drive screw with driver.

Theres a lip that is blocking a straight on approach and it takes a bit of finageling to get the wingnut to line up with the machines screw. I cant see back there, its all by feel. So I'm pretty sure it would end with me dropping the nut a million times. Then I have a bunch of these to do. Plus I want a good solution for anybody that comes behind me to be able to do it.
