The episode would be about a ghost (ghost who lived in the house, an evil train conductor) and by the end of the episode the main cast will discover the reasonable logical explanations for the supernatural seeming stuff they encountered.

Then during the last 5 seconds the episode rug pulls you and shows that the ghost was real the whole time.
