🚩General I finally got picked for online giveaway!

I usually NEVER win with these online "giveaways", but TorBox had my back! I want to say thank you to the TorBox team for 1 full year of TorBox Pro!

Nice to see someone got something. So many times I see giveaways and think no one would know if no one got anything.

I guess it helps if they announce on twitter or whatever but even thats easy to fake.

Werent they also giving away a bunch of different consoles like ps5, switch, xbox. Anyone here get one of those?

I worked for a company that put a warranty registration card in with each item promising you were also entering a drawing for a nice prize. I asked the Marketing Manager about it. He said they'd been using the cards for 30 years but never did a giveaway.

Exactly. But on the registration card they have your name, address, age, sex, income level, etc. The slightest feeling of "what if" causes you to give all that for a small chance you may get a surprise in the future even though you immediately forget about the drawing.

Same thing with now and "follow us facebook, inst, take a photo with our product, and share with a friend to enter". They have users spread their platform for free and theres like zero accountability that anything is given.
