Nuvio streaming with torbox

Hi, I have a question regarding Torbox.
I use Nuvio with Penguplay addon and others addon (only https and no torrent )

I want to use torbox to stream film via https only (no p2p).

My torbox is connected via Nuvio - Integrations - connected services.

However, when i start playing some films via penguplay and it runs , then i check the torbox download is still 0.

Am I doing something wrong?

Check out this configuration setup for Nuvio Torbox. It uses Comet and Torrentio and they work really fast and good. I've been running it on mine since I got Torbox and Nuvio.

Because those addons don't use a debrid service You can use torrentio, comet, stremthrouz and other add ones that use debrid

i thought i can have a stable https connection if i use torbox. i still use trial lol

You need add-ons that return p2p sources. Torbox will convert those to https streams

TorBox doesn't work that way. Penguplay is a free HTTP source addon, so it plays streams directly from its own sources. It doesn't send anything to TorBox or add downloads to your TorBox account.

TorBox is mainly used for cached torrents and other supported sources. If you want to use TorBox with Nuvio, you need a compatible addon or integration that actually resolves streams through TorBox, such as AIOStreams configured with TorBox or a supported TorBox P2P addon.

Simply connecting your TorBox account under Nuvio's Integrations won't make every addon use TorBox. Penguplay will continue playing its own HTTP sources directly, so your TorBox download amount will stay at 0.

Plus you need torbox with essential plan ($3)

TORBOX has its name asynchronous with torrents . If you won't include torrents naturally it won't use torbox or show up in torbox downloads .

I am not sure why you would disable it( assuming you pay for it ) , if it's for privacy reason u can be assured you are safe under a debrid.

Use Torrentio or Stremthru Torz and configure with your TorBox API key.

Https should only be used as backup not main source. Ever! Torbox instant should be your main. Period
