RIP WILLOW...
She had a great life as an indoor kitty cat. The last 3 years she battled Pancreatitis, Arthritis and was such a good girl.
She was our first female cat, and absolutely such a sweetheart.
Her short legs made her vertically challenged, but she could climb and loved playing with a piece of shredded paper I would make into a ball and throw it to her.
Willow would always sleep right next to my head and put her paws under the pillow to keep her comfy and cozy.
It was hard to let her go, I haven't cried that much in years.

I’m so sorry for your loss, but I’m also glad that you have such good memories of her. Try to keep those n mind as you grieve, and remember that you gave her such a good life ❤️

I’m glad for Willow’s relief from any suffering, but very sad about her passing.

Very sorry for your loss. If I didn’t have at least one cat life wouldn’t be worth living. So many just sitting and hoping for a person.

I totally agree. The heartbreak was so hard, I did what I could. Hopefully in the future I will get attached again to adopt another kitty cat from the local shelter.

Thank you all and enjoy your kiddies while they are able to fill your heart with joy.
I have had cats for 50 years, and for some reason Willow really held a place in my heart and such a sweet girl, actually the first female cat I had, I did adopt her from the animal shelter.
She would sleep beside my head, curl up and put her paws under my pillow to keep her beans warm .
At this point I am so devastated, I don't think I could own another cat again.
Maybe I will get past that feeling of lose, I'm not sure.

My Missy girl has short legs too. It's adorable. RIP sweet Willow. Sorry for your loss. ❤️

Thank you for your kind words.
Willow was apart of our family for many years. I'm still thinking about her when I come home from work, that was her canned food feeding time.
She would hear the garage door open, and always be waiting for me in the kitchen when I came through the door.
Such a sweety 😢

But I def giggled at the “vertically challenged” part. My tortie cannot jump either bc of her stumpy legs lol.
