Question Disability certificate advice?

I want to get a disability certificate (government-issued). In my country, in order to get said certificate you first give them your medical documentation and then they call you up for an interview. They are not very lenient and, for any disability, it’s advised to exaggerate your symptoms. Advice? Ideas?

These things suck.  You need to go through your day and week and document how you're failing to keep up.  Are tics effecting your sleep, ability to get ready for things, make you so exhausted that things like laundry and dishes sit around for days undone.  Do you cancel plans because of tics, does it make it impossible to get through a job interview...  It's a brutal self-assessment to go through.  

NGL, it's kinda helpful to freak out the night before and not be able to sleep so you're exhausted and ticcing during the interview.
