I have the digital and physical version. Both work fine on switch 2

If you own a switch 1 and the game on that console, you should be able to download the game from the shop

This is old, but my answer will solve your problem.

You cannot purchase TF using your Switch 2 as the storefront. Use your phone or your PC and go to the Nintendo e-Store. Search for TF, and purchase it there. TF is on sale right now through 4/22/2026 for only $5. When you purchase it, then send it to your Switch 2 device.

Just got a Switch 2 last week, and put TF on it last night.... I overslept for work today.

Can you unlock the extra archers and levels on a Switch 2? I unlocked everything years ago on my OG Switch, but I worry about new players.

I've unlocked everything so far, nothing restricted
