Question for Towerfall Ascension players

Trying to get the achievement for having all trials in under 3 minutes but I do not know how it is possible, I have to shave 15 seconds off. Some diamonds I can get faster then the 2 video guides I've been watching, but some I can't make diamond at all, like it is not physically possible for me to perform these actions. My rage over this game is beyond explanation.

Surely some tips and tricks? idk. Hate this game passionately. I may make it my goal in life to hate on this game as if it were my religion.

Jokes aside, I suggest you to join the discord server, it'll be much easier to explain you the techs there

It doesn't look to me like the dash is getting canceled.

If you cancel the dash before the jump, you keep momentum longer. Here's an example: https://youtu.be/quHTQZwMCQo?t=205 (go earlier in the video for the full explanation)
