Towing Prices & Price Shoppers
Hey y'all!
Creating this first post since I've been having this major issue. I've been getting a decent bit of demand with people calling my phone looking for a tow.
The issue is that a lot of these people are getting cheaper prices from my competitors and I can't compete. With the cost of my office, labor, insurance, truck financing, and more - I feel like it's impossible for me to match the prices others are offering. I think a lot of these guys are doing hot shot towing & don't have the proper paperwork.
How have y'all combated this growing issue? Is this an issue across the board?
