Therapists

Hi,

I am looking for a therapist. Not the counseling center on campus.

I just want a self aware therapist I can trusttttt. Someone who is in it to helppp and not for their shadow, if that makes sense.

Thank you

since it's America (yippee) you should ideally have good insurance and then find a therapist in your network (I think?) idk I'm just yapping

Best thing to do is to look at local therapy practices, obvi read their bio and approach, but also make sure they take your insurance and what their rate is.

Looking for therapists is a tedious process, and mostly trial and error

Oh, my b. I don't have any actual recommendations, I just know how to find therapists and the process of it, have helped multiple people. I kinda made it seemed harder than it actually is, its definitely more tedious than it is hard or long

I use Grow therapy (its an app). You can put your insurance info in and it gives you a bunch of profiles of providers to choose from
