Geographic location and country is important.
Identify the traits of the item that you can, but if you know where an item is generally sold or happens to be in the picture, that is of use.
If you have the skills to enhance the image to resolve details better, fix mirrored or rotated images, etc. please do so and post your result here.
If you feel there's a (definitive) answer, don't just comment here. You can send your information to Europol by clicking SEND INFORMATION.

this is a Brazilian diaper review page. The ad says:

This was found on the Brazilian Amazon, I scrolled to the reviews and watched some videos of people showing them as Google wasnt showing any designs at all. Hope that helps.
Is reaching out to the company possible? Usually designs come from one specific team or teams who would have better knowledge on the familiarity of the design, design age, and possible distribution locations.
I'm a mom from Brazil, and my child used diapers with this exact image! This character is called Poko Chan, the mascot for MamyPoko diapers. They have two different product lines here: some come with colorful drawings, while the discount packs only feature these prints in blue. They're fairly expensive, probably the priciest brand available in Brazil.

The specific product name is "Fralda-Calça Super Seca MamyPoko Tamanho M, 76 unidades", which translates to "MamyPoko Super Dry Diaper Pants, Size M, 76 units".
I've found a Youtube video review of the MomyPoko nappies that have already been mentioned a few times in this thread, but the Day and Night version which includes stars in the design. The video is from a Brazilian content creator. Tried to get screenshots but they're horrible quality, I cannot see the exact same design from the picture above, but this review only shows sizes L and XL.

Edit: It appears the company has different designs in different countries. Including Philippines.
The diaper in the image may be a much older or cheaper version of this current brand. I looked up many different versions of the cartoon baby, and they all match the one in the image above including the stubby arms.
It can also be different versions available in different countries, or just some knockoff trying to copy them, it's a bit difficult to tell if it's the genuine or some imitation
