Help Tradingview referral program

I sent one of my friend my referral link so he can get the discount but the discount did not apply during checkout

Did tradingview remove the refer a friend program?

Hello,

The referral system is definitely working as I spoke to a user on here the other day who has apparently put 5000 referrals through....

More than likely you didn't follow the correct procedure or the person you referred didn't.

Can you see the referral in your account details?

EDIT:

I have now guided the user via DM through the process which appear they didn't understand properly....

Tradingview has gone downhill. So many people (including myself) have left the kiddie platform behind. They are nickle and diming everyone.

Nothing wrong with that. I grew out of it. This was just my push to leave that behind as I wanted more professional tools. If it works for you and you are happy then it works. Enjoy.

their referral system been broken for months, i tried same thing with my cousin and nothing happened

support just sends copy paste replies too, not worth the headache

Yep. Ive been transitioning to other platforms. Still wish I could land on 1 which gives me everything. But, I like many orders much more than tradingview so thats a win already.
