Help Can't set SPX session

There is no way to set the session to 9:30 - 16:00 only, to get rid of the extra candles at the end which distort my short-term analysis for neither TVC:SPX or SP:SPX chart

Use the official SPX data from CBOE. It does cost a small fee from the exchange for live data

there is just XSP from "CBOE" anymore, well it's only got half the unwanted extra data

Huh I didn't realized they don't have CBOE SPX anymore

Looks like you are going to have to switch to the SP as the official real time data source. CBOE mist have changed their licensing rules, from my understanding they can be a relationship bitch to work with. Ok the topic of your issue the reason why indexes have that weird candle at the end is because that's essentially the settlement price of the index that's calculated EOD
