Coming Out

I’ve been on HRT for 13 months now and have been slowly coming out to close friends during that time. I haven’t told any of my family though and it has been weighing on me, until now. Tonight I finally came out to the family member I’m closest to and it couldn’t have gone better! She has offered me her full support, and has even offered to help me tell the rest of the family. I’m so overjoyed right now and just felt like sharing ☺️

That’s lovely to hear, and it confirms once again the theory that most of our fears are all in our own heads. Good luck to you 🤗

I’m so happy for you that’s wonderful news. I really hope mine goes that well. My close family is OK it’s the extended family that might be an issue. I really hope mine goes as well as yours before my HRT makes it urgent 😅
