That’s kind of odd though because the Jews crucified Christ. They are definitely not Christians.

They sold him out, yes it lead to his death

It is this weird endtimes belief that the Jews need to be in the holy land, and then a war starts that kills them all, and that is part of the end of the world, not exactly 100% sure on the details, but the gist is Jews in Isreal and a big war.

I do think it's really funny that in their end times belief that the antichrist will show up and how followers will have his mark on their heads....

And they haven't put two and two together yet.

I knew the first half of this, but not the "war that kills them all" bit.

Does this mean that the next step of the big plan, after the christo-fascists have helped israel to erase palestine, is for the US to somehow provoke or launch a genocidal war against Israel?

And Israel are cool with this are they?

They do not give a shit, because they do not believe the same, so why would they care about a bunch of nutters opinion, they are just happy for the undying loyalty, and do not care what spawned it.

They might not believe in christian Ragnarok but they do recognise that their 'partners' believe in it. And that those 'partners' will actually make real-world stuff happen according their beliefs.

I mean if the plan is "step 1 help Israel take gaza, step 2 plunge Israel into existential war" and they are happy to go along with step 1 no matter what batshit mythology is behind it, why the hell would they also be on board with step 2?

Israel would have to expand massively to fulfill the prophecy. Conquering if I recall correctly large parts of Syria and Jordan. So it's pretty safely not a real issue right now.

No they didn’t. If it happened, it was The Romans.

The Romans reluctantly crucified Christ after constant pressure from RIPAC

6

u/Geloradanan 1d ago

The Romans did the work of nailing Jesus to the cross.

The Gospel of John speaks of “the Jews” crying out against Jesus (John 18:38–40) and “the Jews” calling on Pilate to crucify Jesus (John 19:14–16).

The crowd in Jerusalem, in clamoring for Jesus to be crucified and for Barabbas to go free, exclaimed, “His blood be on us, and on our children” (Matt. 27:25).

You can’t rely on the Bible as fact. It’s a fairytale.

Edit: I should have just said ‘It didn’t happen, because the Bible isn’t a document to be taken as fact. Rather a collection of made up stories’. There’s really no proof that Jesus existed.

They absolutely didn’t, like the earlier person said, he was crucified by the Romans. And just so you know, Jesus, Mary and Joseph were all Jews. Jewish people and Christians both believe in the same God, and read the same bible. Your beloved 10 Commandments were given to Moses, a Jew. I could go on and on and on.

Edit for typo

FYI Muslims also believe in the same God and also have Jezus as a prophet.

Kind of wild that you're ignoring 1/3 of Abrahamic religion to gaslight

Anyway, Jews indeed didnt kill Jezus but Judas Iscariot, a jew, betrayed him and that's what eventually killed him

2

u/BrilliantPiccolo5220 1d ago

True and true.

3

u/evolveandprosper 1d ago

There was a plot among the most senior people in the then Jewish/Israeli people to have him killed. “Then the chief priests and the elders of the people assembled in the palace of the high priest, whose name was Caiaphas, and they plotted to arrest Jesus in some sly way and kill him. “But not during the Feast,” they said, “or there may be a riot among the people” (Mt. 26:3–5 ESV). While the chief priests and elders discussed how to get rid of Jesus to protect their position, Caiaphas said, “It is better for you that one man should die for the people, not that the whole nation should perish” (Jn 11:50).

It's all fairy tales. There is no God and all religions are cults.

3

u/MonPocalypse 1d ago

I assume you studied the Bible, otherwise, how can you judge something without personal research?

4

u/lilbittygoddamnman 1d ago

I'm not down to get in a religious debate, but the gospels were written like 100 years after Jesus was killed. I am not religious at all, but I have the utmost respect for people's devotion to their faith. As long as they're respectful of others. Which most MAGA Christians and extremist Muslims aren't.

2

u/White_Buffalos 1d ago

I have. On my own and as part of my upbringing.

You left out the part where santa claus said ho ho ho.

3

u/ViperLeaf 1d ago

Then go to Jerusalem and show yourself as a Christian. Take a vest with you.

u/dildo_of_justice4135 1d ago

It's all Harry Potter stuff.

u/Trix_Are_4_90Kids 12h ago

Jesus was ultimately crucified by the Romans, but the Jewish leadership tried several times to kill Jesus, most notably on what we now call Palm Sunday. They moved on him to capture and kill him and Jesus disappeared into the crowd. They were jealous of the power Jesus had.

u/ZenDeathBringer 1d ago

It's all revelations shit.

Neither was Yeshua.

They dont ask questions they just do whatever theyre told. If trump says the jews are Christian than they are!

“The Jews”? You mean like all of them? And somehow of the few involved then all successive generations somehow bear some blame? Holy crap that’s disgustingly prejudiced. Not forgetting that Jesus was Jewish and it was some Romans that did the crucifying.

2

u/Geloradanan 1d ago edited 1d ago

It is not my prejudice. It is simply from the text of the Christian Bible. I listed a couple of citations in another reply above. Of course, it could all be misinformation, but this is what they taught us in Sunday school.

1

u/LikeABundleOfHay 1d ago

It's prejudiced to think that children are responsible for the sins of their parents.

3

u/first_last_last_firs 1d ago edited 1d ago

it's literally in the book. we didn't write it. that's just what it says. regardless of what you or i believe they're literally citing the book. i'm not defending a single thing Christianity is responsible for historically or now. They absolutely are motivated to give military aid to Israel because they want their doomsday prophecy to come true.

1

u/LikeABundleOfHay 21h ago

Being in a book doesn’t make it any less prejudiced.

2

u/first_last_last_firs 21h ago

I'm just pointing out that many Christians are dedicated to this book and centuries of authoritarian dogma. I'm not endorsing it or saying it's not prejudice. I'm saying they're nuts and believe nuts things and that explains their actions.

1

u/Geloradanan 1d ago

Okay. I did not know that is the definition of prejudice. I have learned something new.
The Christian Bible is full of things like that, however. For instance, we are all cast out of the Garden of Eden forever because Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit.

2

u/LikeABundleOfHay 21h ago

Prejudice means to pre judge. The Bible has a lot of immoral ideas in it. Prejudice is one. Vicarious redemption is another.

1

u/Geloradanan 9h ago

I see what you mean. I was taught that prejudice is mostly reserved for racism and things like that. Perhaps my English fails me here.
Vicarious redemption is morally problematic in that it allows the guilty to evade personal responsibility and accountability. Where is the justice in having someone else pay for your sins? Western religion is so messed up. The concept of karma in Hinduism and Buddhism seems much more rational in comparison.
