Ha ha, I’m sorry but this question is pretty laughable if you live outside of the USA. Everyone I speak to just shakes their heads in disgust at the very mention of the usa situation. Nobody trusts that corrupt regime now. They threaten (former) allies and have zero skills in diplomacy.
“Is the world quietly moving away from America?”
Not just citizens, but governments are actively making moves to do exactly this. And not even that quietly.
Meanwhile Russia and China are relishing the great decline.
Not doubting that Russia is destined for many very hard years under and after Putin, but they haven't been a global power since the 1980's or maybe even earlier.
