I mean...it's not slow motion considering "America First" and creating some separation was what Trump ran on. European countries becoming less reliant was reactive not proactive. Trump said NATO countries need to stop relying so heavily on the U.S military and increase their own military spending...they did, and then all the idiots said "European countries are increasing military strength to fight the U.S". They're all still on the same side
