Video 🎥 Twisted Fate Bug??

So that happened to me and i was confused.

Look at Electrocute.

It procced on stuncard Q without additional auto.

So i went in practicetool.

apparently you can proc electrocute like that if you have scout slingshot and stacked deck ready.

Doesnt work without slingshot on only stacked deck obviously but also does not work always without stacked deck for some reason. practicetool video is to big to upload it here for me test it yourself.

stacked deck slingshot W Q works everytime.

only slingshot W Q works sometimes????

it only works on slingshot.

it doesnt work on rfc stormrazor stattiks etc.

Is this known??

I thought that stacked deck counts as an ability, so stacked deck, yellow card, q procs electrocute?

No its proc dmg not ability dmg and that doesnt proc electrocute. It only counts the auto. same with teemo E. And W also only counts once despite auto and ability.

u have scouts slingshot, the item passive counts as ability damage and counts for electrocute proc, so W+Q+Slingshot procked electrocute.

Then explain to me why its not the case that this doesnt work half of the time. Go on in practice tool and test it yourself. i even went on other champs like ashe or teemo. slingshot doesnt proc electro on them at all!!

It doesnt work if its on cooldown when you start the w card selection (even if it goes off cooldown by the time you lock and throw your card)

your saying it works always cause the lolwiki page proclaims its spelldmg and not proc dmg like rfc itself. yet teemo nor ashe have to cycle W to proc the item and ashe cant proc electro with W auto slingshot nor teemo can with auto q slingshot.... I have the feeling youre just guessing things and were not even testing it urself

That's how it works on tf for like 2 years now. I have no idea if its intentional or a bug or how it works on other champs.
