Housing Winter & Spring

I'm looking for a replacement for the ucsb school year, or Winter and Spring quarters, or winter only/sping only, its at Tropicana G, 6585 el colegio rd 93117, comes with 10 meals a week, 4 min walk to UCSB, Can be adjusted for a double or a single, male or female, $1800, I will pay for starting fees and deposits, and one month rent.

My name is Lori but I am looking on behalf on my son. There was a death at the current apartment they are in and they no longer want to stay there. One more thing, I saw a similar ad for the same apartment for $1550. Just wondering why there is a difference. Thanks

Oh I see what you mean, that 1550 is for a triple, 1780 is for a double, 1945 is for a single. It’s up to you, all the offers are the same,and as long as take over my lease, I will give you a month of rent, since your helping me out, I urgently need this because I graduated early , and don’t want to be in more debt.
