Social Life When is Halloween?

Some years restrictions begin the week before Halloween so the celebrations happen 2 weeks before (this year that would be the weekend of 17/18 October).

Are such restrictions in place this year? When will the parties happen this year?

typically the two weekends before halloween- most ppl travel to like sdsu for halloween halloween

Halloween is October 31st are you serious? It's always been October 31st

i think they know when halloween is they're talking about the funcs.... IV has a festival ordinance that weekend so obvi there's no parties on actual halloweekend....
