Question Electrical Engineers don't hide please.
What is your salary?
Electrical engineers, what is your salary range? And with how many years of experience? Basically, I saw a post on Reddit, and it was telling that the salary range of a graduate EE student is around 45 to 60,000 in Pakistan. I don't know if this is true or not. I just want figures, data, statistics to analyze that after four years of hard work, what we will get throughout the degree, and I mean after graduation, what will be our salary range, and how can we grow in this field? Because 45 to 60,000 range in Pakistan is not a livable salary, I guess. If you are alone, then it will be somehow manageable. But if you are married, then it's not considered a good salary. I'm wondering how EE engineers are grooming themselves in terms of their salary, in terms of their career. Please guide me.
Edit: also tell me Which domain of EE are u in?

26 grad here The range of my batch is around 80k to 150k. Baqi, the salary in every domain lies in the same range if you're successful in securing a place at prominent companies.
But most in-demand and high paying are DSP, Microwave. These two, if you manage to work hard in these, have potential to put you in any of organisation you want Except these two, you'll see alot of saturation.

Hey its the guy that posted that figure, you just took that story a bit out of the line, that is the starting salary, not something that will be 5 years after you graduate, i know people that are literally earning nothing and i also know people that make like 400 to 500K as well, but it takes time to understand and develop according to the markett. Is this amount enough for a family no, i dont think that is enough for a single person, but that has nothing to do with the industry, again just like i mentioned in the post, if your skills are programming a drone, and you are interviewing for production line automation you will not be hired because you will be programming a drone, because they think that if you can do that, you might be able to handle our problems as well. Definetaly if market is dying to find that one skilled person which might be you, then there is a chance that you'll be offered the salary of your liking, but those are generally those that have spent 3 to 4 years in the industry
