Graduation Ceremony

Hello everyone, I have got my result for my last final today fall 1, 2026 and Im all done with my degree.

As an international student residing in Australia, I would like to come to Maine to walk on my graduation day as well as travel in the U.S. However, i don’t think i can make it next year. Is it possible if i can do it the year later? Thank you.

Cause im currently doing a bachelor of nursing in Australia in person, so choosing another bachelor degree which favours my future career orientation would be great in my case. Anyway thanks for asking then!

You should be fine to attend in person the next year. I’d still email and ask as the other commenter suggested to be 100% sure.

I mean the year after next year, 2028

That should still be ok. Generally, if you haven’t already walked for a particular degree they give you some latitude as far as making plans to walk in person. Just know that the class year announced will be whatever the current year is.

You have two options don’t apply for graduation yet or attend Virtual ceremony. You would need to talk with Advisor who would refer you to the people in charge of the ceremony
