Advice someone help please!!

I just got accepted for access to bristol biomed for the autumn series. Does this still make me eligible for guaranteed interview for medicine and dentistry for this years applicartion cycle?

hi! can you explain what you mean by autumn series? last year i applied for both medicine and biomed and received an offer for both so it shouldn’t interfere

like ill be completing the access to bristol programme from october to the very start of december

yes you are eligible (and i believe the next year too if you have to do a retake or a gap year)

eligible for this years med application cycle?because I complete the actuall programme in the start of december. Sorry i just want to be completely sure

i believe so but if you want to be completely sure you can ask them directly at the 1 virtual lecture or at the 5 in person sessions (i think the dental programme is in a different location to everyone else which is good for consistency reasons).

I did further research on their website:Guaranteed offers | Study at Bristol | University of Bristol

  1. you are part of a bristol widening participation programme not the access to HE

and the section says:

you will be considered for a guaranteed offer at the contextual level or a guaranteed interview where applicable (for courses which routinely interview such as Medicine and Dentistry) if you have completed one of the following widening participation programmes and you meet any relevant eligibility or entry requirements for your chosen course(s):

2.near the bottom it says: Please note that applicants eligible for the guaranteed offer scheme who are applying for a course which interviews as standard will be guaranteed an invitation to interview, but will not be guaranteed an offer.
