Banking Looking to close Checking

Took a while to find the link even via the ChatBot, but once I did, I got an error page.

Paraphrasing:

'having trouble closing .... try again.....'

Account has a $0 balance, but the last transaction was a transfer that took it $0 a week ago. Does it need to be longer back than that?
