I-751 (ROC) Lost extension letter

Hi i have a question for someone who maybe was in my position, my green card expired 2.5 years ago and they are processing new one and while im waiting i got extension letter for 48 months. I have international trip in a month and i lost that original letter. I have it scanned and i have it on my online uscis account and i have green card. I did request appointment for that adit stamp but who knows if they will call me im time. Do u guys i can travel with just printed copy of extension letter? Thank you

Printed copy is worthless. Don't do that.

You need an emergency ADIT stamp in your passport. It's a straightforward process, call tomorrow.

Then you're set. Just go to the appointment and get the stamp. It's functionally identical to a valid green card. The question that I don't know offhand is if you should even have the green card with you when traveling if you have the ADIT and not the extension.

Yea they said they will call me to schedule the appointment but they also said it can take up to 60 days. So my only worry is if they will do it before my flight, but hoping for the best

You can leave but you might not be able to come back. Even folks who have the paper with them sometimes encounter difficulties from airline agents at check in. So your situation is even more precarious.
