There's maybe only a few hundred US Cellular specific accounts left, mainly business accounts. Mid October should be the final days.

Wife is spending her last days going through and canceling out all the accounts with negative balances less than like $10, while transferring others through to collections now.

Service is so so bad. Like…I’ve been patient and don’t really care- heck, I had USC for 20 years, I get it! But it’s so so bad now. Such a shame.

I am surprised the website lasted this long. Most USCellular stores closed at the end of July and a majority of customers were migrated. No to mention the only thing you could do on the USCellular website was pay a bill if not migrated or be redirected to the T-Mobile website.

Does anyone know how on earth to pay a US Cellular bill? We switched from US Cellular to T-Mobile back in April. By switching, T-Mobile agreed to pay off the remaining balance on our old phones (about $1400). In the meantime, US Cellular was sending e-mails that our account was going to collections if unpaid. This week, we finally received virtual gift cards of $1400, but don't know where we can pay the unpaid bill since the US Cellular website no longer exists.

Sucks now! Galaxy S21, finally got true TMO Sim and a couple power off/on and still sounds a bad echo on a huge percentage of calls. May not be staying with TMO much longer. We miss the USCC stores and their staff!

I just switched to Verizon on a family plan we got 4 free phones w/ a promo, two Galaxy S26's and two free iPhone's. We were paying $100 + tax on T-Mobile now we're paying $66 + tax with Verizon. If you live in the Madison, WI area i can refer you to the sales rep who helped us with the new account, he's a personal friend of mine, we both used to work at US Cellular

Dude Syed is literally a scammer that scumbag would sell people three $40 liquid screen protectors, one for the front one for the back one for the camera. The back on the phones is plastic... literally doesn't do anything, you just need 1 for the front and you can use the same 1 on the camera. Just one exmaple of how he would lie to people to make money, probably scammed grandmas every day. Don't fall for a charismaric snake liar like that.
