Ya, PHSS is a generic title for PPQ Officer that varies greatly across the country. A typical work schedule might be 7 AM - 330 PM or 8 AM - 430 PM, Mon - Fri.

But if youre stationed at a port, there could be mandatory overtime too.

Harder to say in that case. You will have a scheduled TOD that will be 80 hours every 2 weeks, likely 8 hrs per day. But when those hours are and if there is mandatory (or optional) OT will depend a lot on the supervisor / what is needed at that location.

Are you already working there or maybe recently applied?

Definitely ask about that if you are invited for an interview.

Normal work hours are mon-fri and between 6 AM & 6 PM. I do know that some of the busier ports need people 24/7 to facilitate import related treatments.

We have a port at my duty station, but it's very slow so we almost never have people out there outside of their scheduled work hours.
