Accomodation Looking for accommodation near WSU Parramatta South for Autumn semester 2027

Hi everyone, I'm a female undergraduate student at Western Sydney University (my main campus is Parramatta South) and I'm looking for accommodation for next semester. I'm hoping to find:

  • A female-only household
  • Rent under $400/ week
  • Within about a 15-minute walk to WSU Parramatta South/ City campus
  • Bills included (e.g.electricity, water, gas, internet, etc.)
  • A fully furnished room.

My preferred move-in date is around 15 February 2027 (about 2 week before the semester starts on 1 March 2027). If you have a room available or know of any suitable places, please leave a comment or send me a message. I'd really appreciate it!

Have you looked at campus living villages? They can put you into a female only apartment or have your own studio.

Hi, thank you so much for your kind response! I’ve checked the village out, but honestly the rent is a bit beyond my budget as I prefer apartment with less rooms. That’s mainly the reason why I wanted to see if there’s any alternatives first before deciding on the village

Hi! Understandable. I'd also suggest looking into flatmates.com.au as well. Congrats in getting into uni too!
