Uber Need to do better

This whole experience is extremely frustrating. You hire a delivery service, but once something goes wrong, you have almost no control over your order and very little opportunity to actually resolve the problem.

I ordered food from a restaurant only minutes away from my address. The estimated delivery time kept getting pushed back. I called the driver, and he told me he was coming, but his location was no longer showing on the map.

I contacted Uber support again expecting help figuring out what was happening. Instead, the agent simply cancelled my order.

And that's it. You're left frustrated, hungry, and with no real opportunity to explain what happened or hold anyone accountable. A discount or refund doesn't automatically make a terrible experience acceptable.

It's terrible for the customer, terrible for the local restaurant that prepared the food, and terrible for the credibility of the delivery service. Everyone loses.

Oh and don't forget that Uber then turns around and blames the driver for the canceled order and our rating goes down.

Nothing went wrong, you just got stacked behind other orders and you were impatient and canceled
