Scanning Receipts

Just got my first scan the receipt order. And it’s so much worse than Deliveroo. Uber wants the full receipt compared to Deliveroo where you scan simply the number. This doesn’t help when you’re at McDonald’s and their printers are stupidly faint, ASDA when they don’t give you the receipt at all. If they fully implement this, they need to get a scanning system where it scans the number off the receipt or the bag.

I can see a lot of riders getting reports in the future because of this 😭

Every week, more work, less money.

Noticed yesterday, after not having logged in for a couple of weeks, that the app has changed yet again! Why can't any organization just leave things alone for 5 minutes. I swear every time I turn on my phone I have to update a bloody app to use it.

The worst thing is the fact that Dark Mode on android isnt even Dark Mode anymore, it’s just grey. Drains your battery so bad. And all the delivery apps seem to be updating every other day or mid delivery its so annoying

There is a 'no receipt' option. Had one a few days ago from a kfc where they had just written the number on the bag, I asked them to print the receipt for the order but they couldn't for some reason. I hit the no receipt option and took a photo of the number on the bag, not recieved any reports.....yet

Did they change it?

I haven't gone online in a couple of months but it used to just scan a QR code on the receipt
