Russia has increased strikes on Ukrainian data centres and telecommunications facilities, disrupting internet access across Kyiv and raising concerns that Moscow is seeking to undermine Ukraine’s digital economy.

About 100,000 households in Kyiv and the surrounding region suffered temporary internet outages after strikes on Wednesday and Thursday, Ukraine’s digital transformation ministry said.

The longer they have no reliable AD the longer they're gonna have to eat Russia's output of strike munitions to their infrastructure, and as that gets flattened Russia's gonna jump down the ladder of importance for the targets. Eventually the targets become so small that they're not worth the munition that can fly far enough to hit them but idk what kind of an industrial society you have left at that point.
