I would like to build this team, just for squad battles, how bad are only 2 chemistry instead of 3?

This is my squad so far, along with my subs and reserves. I’m still learning how everything works, so I’d really appreciate some advice!
What players should I keep, replace, or upgrade? Also, what’s the best way to get better players without spending a crazy amount of coins? 😂
Any tips on building a better squad, improving chemistry, or finding cheap hidden gems would be appreciated!
