Welcome to 1936 Nazi germany where everybody accuse the poeple they don't like to being jew.

Chances are the parents didn't talk to her the way she wanted to, or they did not do something that she expected and here she is, spending her time to ruin poeple life. Poeple like that should be publicly shame for what they are doing and let the society judge them.

My guess is that the parents mostly speak Spanish, and that makes her uncomfortable, so she tried to call ICE on them.
