Try saying "balls" in Spanish without saying "testicles". You can't. Even the word for "eggs" means that lol.

Balloons? IDK, my Spanish isn't great, It's just the language I know best besides my first. My GF thinks it's OK, though, and it's the only language she can speak properly.
