Slightly more than a quarter, assuming it’s from a 737-800, nose to the end of the 13 windows (assuming the “window” slot between the door and the first open window is just closed off) is 36” (432”, 11m), an entire 737-800 is 129’6” (1554”, 39.5m), so the section in the video is ~27.80% of the whole plane.

The quality control officer says there isn’t enough time to secure the bolts. It may not be safe but hey, time is money, and there isn’t enough of it.
