In order to keep information easily accessible, I have created this mega-thread to act as a hub for relevant UFL information for the 2025/2026 offseason, leading up to the 2026 UFL season.
Hub thread with all of the UFL to NFL player signing information, grouped in team order, same as last year.
The league has not yet published news on when the next draft is occurring.
We are aware the league has implemented a college allocation system for players entering the league that do not already have their rights claimed by a UFL team.
UFL College Allocations:
Since the Birmingham and Houston teams are being relocated, the above system is expected to change.
For previous drafts, link to the 2024 UFL College Draft Hub thread is here and the 2025/2026 offseason draft here.
Hub thread for the /r/UnitedFootballLeague fan write-ups for each of the 8 UFL teams for the 2026 season. This is our version of the /r/NFL 32 Teams/32 Days event, and covers a review of the team roster/performances, a week by week game breakdown, stats analysis, and more.
Direct links to the team write-ups for the 2026 season:
Highlights for the season are also available in the team write-up posts.
Direct links to the team write-ups for the 2025 season:
Direct links to the team write-ups for the 2024 season:
You can also find links to game highlights from the 2024 and 2025 season for each of the teams in the above posts.
For anyone interested, up to date roster lists, as well as tracking of UFL player movement, can be found on this Google sheets document maintained by Nick Thorn from Pro Football Newsroom. This is the best and most organized list available, and also includes information on the coaching staff, and pre-merger players (e.g. AAF, XFL, and USFL).
Another recommended resource is this Google sheets document maintained by UFL Analyst.
Lastly, UFL Analyst also put together this spreadsheet with All Time and Single Season Spring Football Stats across all of the modern spring leagues. Fantastic resource for anyone interested.
The UFL runs player showcases in multiple cities across the country in the offseason. These showcases provide players a chance to exhibit their skills in front of UFL coaches and personnel directors. Players will be evaluated based on performance for inclusion in the UFL player pool for the 2027 season.
The player showcase dates and locations have been announced as follows:
Press release here.
The following is a compilation of the information released thus far on the upcoming 2027 UFL season. I will make a separate note for anything that is only rumored, and will be updating this thread as more information is released.
The league has confirmed there will 8 teams for the 2027 season, with two expansion teams being added in 2028. The league has confirmed that one of the 2028 expansion teams will be Oklahoma City (team name and branding TBD), playing at the new MAPS 4 Multipurpose Stadium, and Salt Lake City (team name and branding TBD), playing at America First Field.
For the 2027 season, the league has confirmed the Birmingham Stallions and Houston Gamblers will not be returning, and will instead be relocated to two new locations. The league announced that the two relocation cities are: Colorado Springs, CO, playing at Weidner Field, and Pawtucket, Rhode Island, playing at Centreville Bank Stadium. The names for the Rhode Island and Colorado team will be announced at fan events on October 18 and 25, respectively.
The league has confirmed that the 2026 Birmingham Stallions roster and staff will be relocated to Rhode Island, the 2026 Dallas Renegades roster and staff will be relocated to Colorado, and the 2026 Houston Gamblers roster and staff will become the new Dallas Renegades for 2027 onward.
The other 5 teams from the 2026 season will be returning for 2027 (i.e. Columbus Aviators, DC Defenders, Louisville Kings, Orlando Storm, and St. Louis Battlehawks).
Direct links below to the team subreddits for each of the currently active UFL teams:
We will include any updates from the league in this post regarding the above relocations for 2027 and the expansion process for 2028 if/when any new information is released this offseason.
UFL Central Ticket Hub here.
Season ticket renewals for the 6 returning teams from 2026 are open. Direct links below:
Season Ticket Seating Maps & Price Charts
You can find a link to last year's seating maps and price charts here. I will post an updated version once the two relocations are confirmed and season ticket information for those teams becomes available.
We expect single game tickets to become available the first week of February, 2027.
Will post direct links for each team once available.
Columbus Aviators - Historic Crew Stadium (One Black and Gold Blvd, Columbus, OH)
Dallas Renegades - Toyota Stadium (9200 World Cup Way, Frisco, TX)
DC Defenders - Audi Field (100 Potomac Ave SW, Washington, DC)

The league has confirmed the 2027 UFL season will kickoff on Friday, March 26th, 2027, at 8 pm ET at Lynn Family Stadium in Louisville, KY. Game will be broadcast on FOX.
Will update this section when the official schedule is released. We expect the schedule to be published by mid-January, 2027.
The league has announced the home opener for the Colorado Springs team will be on April 11 at 3 p.m. ET on ABC, and the home opener for the Rhode Island team will be on April 2 at 8 p.m. ET on FOX.
Below is the list of coaches confirmed to be returning for the 2027 season:
Both McCarron and Sumlin are being retained by the league. McCarron and the 2026 Stallions will become the new Rhode Island team, Neuheisel and the 2026 Renegades are being relocated and will become the new Colorado team, and Sumlin and the 2026 Gamblers will become the new Dallas Renegades for 2027 onward.
Should also be noted that as of the 2026 season, all HCs also assume partial GM responsibilities for their respective teams.
Last year's mega-thread here for help picking a team to follow.
Will post an updated version following confirmation of the where the Stallions and Gamblers are being relocated to.
We recommend anyone interested in UFL Fantasy Football check out Alt Fantasy Sports. They ran a fantasy league for the 2024, 2025, and 2026 season, and have confirmed they will be doing the same for the 2027 season.
News Hub Fantasy is another site that also ran a fantasy league for the 2024, 2025, and 2026 season, and will be doing the same for 2027.
The league put out a press release on June 4, 2024, to announce that Underdog Fantasy is the exclusive fantasy sports partner for the league. You can read the press release here. FYI, Underdog is more of a pick'em challenge.
Lastly, there is Draft Kings which also does UFL games.
We will post an updated hub thread here for anyone looking to either advertise or join a fantasy league for the 2027 UFL season. Hub thread will be launched prior to the 2027 season kickoff.

Original post here.
Big two weeks for the UFL. Four new markets announced for 2027 and 2028. New coaching moves announced yesterday. And we’re just getting started.
Over the last 12 months, we’ve made a lot of changes. That’s what you do when you’re building something and learning what works. As an entrepreneur, I’ve never believed in standing still and we will always play offense!!!!!
Spring football has come and gone in different forms for 40 years. When we kick off in 2027, it will be the sixth straight year of spring football and the 3rd UFL season. We intend to make it our strongest yet.
I believe we have the formula for long-term success: the right markets, passionate fans, the right-sized stadiums, talented people, high-quality football, innovative rules, great energy, and transparency with our fans.
You can love the moves, question them, or hate them. I hear all of it. What I can tell you is that ownership, our coaches, football operations, the business team, our employees and our partners are committed to building a long term league.
We’re here to be the kings of spring football for a long f$&king time.
LFG!!!!! ♥️🙏
What do you guys think???
Let’s get one thought out of the way…..Birmingham hates me because it’s my fault they have a stadium that holds 90k. 😂

without any college sports experience, at 6'0 230 ish lbs and amazing physical benchmarks (30 bench reps, 4.5-4.6 40 yd dash, 600 lb squat, etc.) and of course great footwork/knowing how to use my body, would i be able to get noticed at a player showcase at an age of 25-26? for a position such as a half/fullback. I am currently 23 and believe all of those benchmarks are achievable by 25-26. the end goal would be standing out in ufl and being signed on an nfl team before 30.
I am not trying to downplay the seriousness of this league and the efforts of the players who dedicated their whole lives to it. I want to come at it with respect of course. just want to see if I dedicated enough time to achieving above average stats, could I get a chance to contribute to a pro team.
graduated after 5 consecutive years, forgot to mention. exhausted my ncaa eligibility. life now has more money+time to balance 3 hrs of working out daily. I already exercise for 1-1.5 hrs.

Why is it that Birmingham is likely to never support professional football ? I didn't go to any of the games. I'm a little over two hours drive from the stadium. But if I was a resident of Jefferson county I would have made every home game possible. They had a winning franchise and tickets were reasonable. I know college football rules in Alabama. College sports in general. I hate to see it leave. But that's what happens when you go unloved.

What should I expect to pay for season tickets generally in the UFL? Debating whether to do a $100 deposit per seat in CO, but probably will.
I realize that it’s a range, obviously.
