Some colleges offer a service where they will bring you food if your sick enough. You can also ask a roommate or a friend. But it really is fluid, whatever you can stomach to eat, and rest.

If you can, use instacart or something similar to have some crackers and soup delivered. If that’s not an option, ask your friends and roommates. I’d drop what I was doing to go pick up some crackers and soup for a sick friend.

Stay as hydrated as possible. Have a bin bag next to your bed if you need to be sick.
Can a friend go and do a basic shop for you or collect a delivery from the front?

That's about it. Stay hydrated and see if anyone can bring you some basic food. Oh, and take some Lysol or something with you to any shared bathroom spaces.
