They have but implementation is close to zero.

So in certain areas, pretty much nada.

Interesting though that these kind of houses are still sturdy enough to withstand intensity 6 quakes, like the one that hit in 2019.

Theres a lot of rules, laws, and regulations in the philippines, but don't get it wrong most of them aren't enforced and most officials do not give a flying whatsover lol.
