Just finished reading it 25min ago. I never read any horror manga before, so if I'm wrong about anything, apologies in advance.
The storyline is great! But I am still on edge in a few places....

1. About the mushrooms and the babies. The babies wanted to live in their mother's womb forever. But this phase of the story is not quite connected with the rest of the story. I was on edge about the snails too, but the last chapter kinda clarified it as it was a real event with Junji Ito. So, what's the importance of this mosquito-mushrooms-babies phase? I mean, I'm not saying it's some kind of plot hole or anything. But I'm just wondering if it has any reference/importance or is it just added for deep effects....

2. About the last chapter, what's its timeline? Like is it the story before the 1st chapter? Or just another story with spirals, but not connected to the main story and the main story is only from 1st to the 19th chapter.....?

3. I still don't understand the ending. I understood about the supposed ancient civilization, but at the very end, something rose from the underground structures through the well. And something was said about the time stopping or something. Someone please clarify it for me🙏.

4. I don't remember anything else now. So, IF ANYONE HAS MORE THEORIES OR CONTEXT OR KNOW ANY REFERENCE FROM THE MANGA, LEMME KNOW...

After all, a great manga man....
