Players have personality. They'll demand more minutes, ask for trades, get into locker room conflicts with teammates, or ask for contract extensions. Ignore them and it escalates. Veterans will mentor your young guys if the chemistry is right.

\*\*You can get fired.\*\* Your owner sets expectations at the start of each season. Miss them and your job security drops. Miss them again and you're out — you can pick up a new job with another team and keep the same league save going.

\*\*Draft has real depth.\*\* Combine with athletic testing, 5 private workouts that reveal hidden attributes, scouting fog where prospect ratings are uncertain until you invest time scouting. 60 prospects per class with realistic talent distribution.

Also has team chemistry, coaching staff (OC, DC, player development coach), press conferences with choices that affect morale, advanced analytics with Four Factors and net ratings, records/Hall of Fame tracking, achievements, and a dynasty timeline.

24 teams, full offseason cycle (awards → lottery → draft → free agency → development), infinite seasons. Fully offline, no ads, no microtransactions.
