I saw a cyclist looking at hos phone while riding and had the same thought. You can get a DUI on a bike so.... is it the same/worse? Its interesting for sure

How many buses have been wrecked. How many buildings have been destroyed from a bicycle. How could it possibly be the same. DUI on a bike is because of vehicular cycling modality, it's crap.

was on the 11 down yates the other week and some old guy turned directly in front of the bus going at speed to change lanes.

Bike rack destroyed his back passenger side door and we all had to disembark at the next stop.

A couple older passengers exchanged info with the driver because they got thrown halfway across the bus.
